During the post-match press conference after Saturday's victory at home to Walsall, he said: "We haven’t really got another target man in the building, but over the course of the season we’re going to need one.

"Tresor Kandol is one of a number of players on a list, but time’s running out for us."

Depsite being tied to a lengthy deal which does not expire until the summer of 2011, Kandol has been disregarded by Leeds manager Simon Grayson since returning from his loan spell at The Valley at the end of last season and is expected to leave Elland Road.
